Custom Bed Frame

Here's a custom bed frame I made for my daughter!

She wanted a place where her and her friends could hang out and a lot of times the problem was that not everyone had something to lean up against - We saw this bed in a catalog with "backrests" sort of built in which gave us the idea. I took it a step further and made the two backrests that were open to the side - bookshelves :) My wife will make some pillows to attach to the backrests semi-permanently as well.

I use Google Sketchup to design the custom bed frame and for the most part I kept to the drawings, but I made a few slight changes during the build
