We had a really old style Chandelier for our dining room so I worked out an idea for a new modern style chandelier - check it out!

I wanted something where I could work on my lathe skills (seeing as how I'd never used a lathe before) so I thought a coffee table with turned legs would be just the thing to get me going.

I found a Shopsmith Mark VII on Craig's List that needed a little TLC and got it for a really good price - I just couldn't pass it up!
