Hey everybody!

Machine #1 is working! BUT! There is too much flex! So I decided to start on machine #2 already! :)
Machine #1 cuts well enough (if I cut slowly) that I should be able to make some parts for the new machine using it - so at least I should be accurate with the parts that I AM making out of MDF (Update - I have since decided to not make ANY MDF parts since I started the Aluminum Foundry - all parts will be steel or Aluminum) - With that said - I guess I should tell y'all what I'm making the machine out of :)

Aluminum Extrusion T-Slot!

I got this off of eBay and I was a little worried that it might not be "beefy" enough... but it's very strong and sturdy.

Need Custom Parts?

If you're looking to have custom parts made on a CNC - give me a shot at it! I can mill wood, plastic, aluminum, or I can cast your part in aluminum as well!
