Custom Tackle Tray

Here's a video and a few pictures of a custom tackle tray I milled on the CNC

Pete Farkas designed this tackle tray to fit on his boat (pictures of it installed are coming soon!) Pete found me on one of the CNC email lists, and he sent his design and I cleaned it up and generated the toolpaths and milled it out on the CNC machine :)

This was the first time that I'd really worked with this kind of plastic - it's called "King Starboard" and it's pretty pricey and I didn't want to mess anything up so I slowed down the feeds and speeds to make sure it came out without much of a hitch... Even after that there were a few hitches! LOL but nothing too bad and Pete is happy with it and said it "exceeded his expectations" :)

Without further ado - here's some pictures of the part being designed, and even installed on Pete's boat! Oh and a video down below... Just a quick note about the video... Filmed with my Canon HV-20 in High Definition :)
